Easy Listening radio stations play a style of music similar to Lounge, but Easy Listening music is generally less jazz-influenced. It grew out of the Big Band and Swing genres, featuring laid-back simple melodies and vocals. It is sometimes known as Elevator Music or Muzak, but the latter term is usually applied in a derogatory fashion. Easy-listening online radio stations feature artists such as Burt Bacharach, Percy Faith, Andy Williams and Perry Como.
